About the Business
We established 6hm in 2009 with the aim of delivering an innovative approach to relationship marketing, one that focused on making the most of behavioural understanding. We knew that by understanding, and acting on, the individual's behaviour we could deliver clients a far better return.
Our first client, IKEA, recognised our ability to collect and assimilate individual's behaviours and importantly to act on them accordingly. So they asked us to help their IKEA Family programme deliver truly pertinent, personally relevant, messages to their members. Since then, more clients have chosen to take advantage of a behaviourally enlightened approach to relationship marketing and the enabling proprietary technologies we provide.
With today's increasingly rich behavioural landscape our clients are reaping the benefits of being able to use the extra information and insights they obtain.
