We initiated the search for an agency to go into John Lewis Partnership. This was a first for DKB. Mirror were able to use their expertise to get a team of demonstrators together that were right for the brand and retailer. Our brand team worked with Mirror to train them so the brand message could be consistent and develop a tool kit that was appropriate. Follow up reports were clear and we were able to monitor and share results of demonstrations with all stake holders.
