It seems somewhat ambitious to set-up a marketing business right in the middle of a recession right? Not in the eyes of our owner Raman Sehgal. Having worked B2B and B2C for years both agency and client-side, Raman wanted to create the agency model for the future. A business that offered the finest talent at the most competitive rates yet remained transparent, ethical and results-driven. With a bit of tweaking along the way, the vision has become a successful reality.
In an industry renowned for plenty of churn, we're proud to say our first five clients were still with us on our fifth birthday. And we have a 75%+ staff retention rate. How many other agencies can say that? Today, we work with companies in the UK, US, Europe and Asia across a range of sectors including pharmaceutical, health, retail, leisure, property, professional services and technology.
